Job Responsibilities

To take up all legal matters instantly as and when given or take place and take appropriate recourse or discourse.
Trademark Management: Oversee the organization’s trademark portfolio, ensuring legal protection, registration, and enforcement of trademarks.
Agreement/ Contract Drafting and Review: Prepare, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including contracts, licenses, and partnerships, ensuring legal compliance and protecting the company’s interests.
Labor Law Compliance: expertise of labor laws and regulations, Service rules, providing legal counsel on employment-related matters, including contracts, disputes, terminations, and compliance with labor laws.
Corporate Legal Affairs: Advise on corporate governance matters, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating legal risks.
Legal Documentation: Prepare and maintain legal documents, including agreements, policies, and corporate filings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation, working closely with external legal counsel when necessary.
Legal Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations related to trademarks, agreements, labor law, and corporate legal issues, ensuring the organization’s compliance and updating internal stakeholders accordingly.
In case of lawsuits, to investigate the cause of the action, collecting evidence that is permissible in the court of law and preparing all the ground work required to fight the case.
To coordinate & carry out tasks assigned to Advocates/Lawyers/Attorneys, such as litigation, appraisal of property and various items.
Protect Intellectual Properties (IP) of the Company (Trade Marks, Design, Patents, Copy Right, etc.) through registration, renewal of registration, and defending against infringements and violations through external lawyers;
To deal with concern Govt. agencies, bodies and persons for information, mitigation or solution in order to protect and prevent the interest of the company/entity.
 
RequirementsShould have licenses both lower court and high court.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Company Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Labor Law, Land Law.
Have experience in Corporate law, Patent, Trademark, Design, Copyright etc.
Practical knowledge to defense any case in lower court or high court.
Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT) and email communication.
ExperienceMinimum 8-10 years
EducationLLB/ LLM from any reputed university.
