| Job Responsibilities | 1. Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives and growth plans. Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce optimization. Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and ethical professionalism across all levels. 2. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition Prepare annual and monthly manpower plans based on production and corporate needs. Oversee recruitment for factory workers, supervisors, corporate addressing challenges in sourcing, absenteeism, and retention. Ensure transparent, fair, and legally compliant recruitment practices. Monitor attrition trends and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement. 3. Compliance & Legal Affairs Oversee Update the Certificates such as ISO, IRC, ERC, Environment Clearance, Factory Insurance, Fire License Ensure full compliance with labor laws, DIFE requirements, Fire Safety, and Environmental regulations. Maintain up-to-date records such as Muster Roll (Leave Register, Wages Sheet, Appointment Letter, Service Book, Attendance Sheet, Overtime Register, Payroll Register, Grievance Register, Training record. Coordinate during inspections by DIFE, Fire Service, Environment Department, and buyers’ compliance audits. Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental compliance. Maintain and update all statutory certificates, licenses, and mandatory registers. Coordinate government inspections and buyer compliance audits, ensuring preparedness and adherence 4. Relations & Discipline Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Implement disciplinary processes and corrective actions in line with company policies and labor laws. Analyze exit interviews and employee feedback to recommend improvements in workforce management. Foster positive industrial relations and maintain harmonious work environments. Ensure employee adherence to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, promoting ethical behavior, integrity, and compliance across all HR-related practices. 5. Performance Appraisal & KPI: Oversee the performance appraisal process and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all employees. Analyze appraisal results and KPI data to identify trends, recognize high performers, address performance gaps, and provide actionable recommendations to improve individual and organizational productivity. 6. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight Oversee payroll , policy, SOP,and benefits administration to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Supervise leave management, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and overtime calculation. Prepare and analyze absenteeism, attrition, and labor productivity reports. 7. Health, Safety & Welfare Ensure workplace health, hygiene, and safety standards across factory and corporate locations. Implement safety awareness programs, fire drills, and first-aid training. Oversee employee welfare facilities, including medical support, canteen, drinking water, and transport. 8. Administration & Operational Oversight Oversee all administrative activities, including facility management, office services, and security, to ensure smooth operations at both factory and corporate offices. Maintain strong security and entry/exit controls to protect employees, property, and premises at all times. Improve administrative processes to make operations more efficient and effective. 9. Reporting & Data Analysis Maintain accurate records of employees, training, licenses, and official correspondence. Oversee regular reports on manpower, absenteeism, attrition, daily worker issues, recruitment status, and compliance metrics. Provide actionable insights to the executive team for strategic decision-making. 10. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor the HR & Admin teams across factory and corporate offices. Promote employee engagement, motivation, and a performance-oriented culture. |
| Requirements | 1. Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and motivate teams effectively. 2. Possesses solid knowledge of labor laws, ESG principles, statutory requirements, and other compliance standards. 3. Experienced in managing key HR functions, including compensation and benefits, attendance and leave management, factory HR administration, HRIS and database management, labor relations, legal compliance, organizational development, performance and career management, recruitment and selection, and training and development. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. A collaborative team player who is well-organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving organizational objectives. |
| Experience | The candidates must possess 18–20 years of professional experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably within industries such as Tyre, cement, chemical, beverage, or other related sectors. |
| Education | BBA/MBA from IBA/ DU/ or other well-reputed institutions. PGDHRM |
